Processing and shipping times are currently 2-10 business days. USPS shipping times may vary however, you will receive tracking information and updates after your order has been placed.

Should this situation occur, please contact your local post office with your tracking information. Be-U will provide your order tracking information and updates as your order is being packaged. We take pride and care in packaging your order however, after your package is received by the post office WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES.  However, we will work with you on a resolution should this occur.
